Job summary

Partner with Defense Products for military applications, oversee progress and costs, and mentor junior engineers while coordinating with international teams.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in engineering.
• Progressive knowledge of Medium Wheel Loader or similar construction products.
• Ability to manage multiple projects across time zones.
• Strong analytical skills with Creo and Teamcenter experience.
• Excellent organizational and communication abilities.

Responsibilities

• Provide technical and project leadership to a team of engineers and technicians.
• Lead design work for projects that lead to direct sales of machines, configurations, and attachments.
• Develop field dealer installed & factory kits and unique solutions.
• Partner with Defense Products for military applications and new attachments.
• Oversee project progress and costs, communicate status to stakeholders, resolve issues.
• Mentor junior engineers and collaborate across multi-functional teams.
