Qualifications

• Prior machine/vehicle level controls software development, tuning and validation experience.
• Prior experience in Functional Safety assessments.
• Prior experience with Large Mining Trucks or Quarry Trucks and knowledge of worldwide applications.
• Team leadership and project management skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead development of machine/vehicle level controls across teams.
• Manage workload and delegate tasks for sub-teams.
• Coach junior engineers on controls systems and functional safety concepts.
• Ensure safety requirements and SIL/HIL testing are integrated early in programs.
• Evaluate and develop functional safety concepts for NPIs and solutions layers.
• Collaborate with product value streams and cross-functional teams to improve performance.
