Job summary

Perdue AgriBusiness is seeking an Engineering Project Manager to drive capital projects across facilities, with investments from $5K to $25MM. You will manage budgets, schedules, and resources while upholding safety and engineering standards, supporting facility operations at multiple locations.

The position offers a salary range of $101,000 - $151,000 per year, plus annual bonus based on performance and a comprehensive benefits package including medical/Rx, 401(k) with employer match after 1

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required; associate degree in Construction, Project Management, or an Engineering field may be considered with additional relevant experience.
• 7+ years of experience managing capital projects in agricultural product manufacturing.
• Proficiency in standard software applications (Excel, AutoCAD, Word, etc.).
• Strong communication, math, organizational, and analytical skills.
• Valid motor vehicle driver’s license.

Responsibilities

• Lead the development and execution of capital projects to improve manufacturing and maintenance processes.
• Manage multiple projects from initiation through completion, applying project management best practices.
• Forecast budgets, schedules, and resource needs for capital projects.
• Monitor and implement cost control measures to ensure projects are completed on time and within budget.
• Ensure all projects comply with local, state, and federal safety and environmental regulations, as well as company policies and engineering standards.
• Travel 30%–45% of the time.
