Job summary

Lutron Electronics Co., Inc. has an immediate opening for an Engineering Project Lead in our Boston, MA engineering office.

You will play a key role in the Engineering team, developing innovative and high-quality products for our Commercial and Residential businesses. You will lead cross-functional teams, drive new product development from concept to production, and mentor engineering staff while fostering collaboration across locations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Mechanical, Electrical, Computer, or Electronics Engineering.
• Minimum cumulative GPA of 3.00 for all degrees earned.
• Minimum 8 years of relevant industry experience.
• Minimum 2 years in people management.
• Minimum 3 years leading cross-functional projects and managing engineering teams.
• Ability to travel up to 10%.
• Authorized to work in the U.S. without visa sponsorship.

Responsibilities
