Lutron Electronics Company, Inc. is seeking an Engineering Project Lead in Boston, MA. You will play a pivotal role on the Engineering team, shaping innovative electromechanical products for both Commercial and Residential markets, from concept to production.

As a leader, you will guide cross-functional groups, mentor engineers, and champion process improvements. This role offers growth in a technology-driven, collaborative environment with opportunities across locations.

Formación

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Mechanical, Electrical, Computer, or Electronics Engineering.
• Minimum 8 years of relevant industry experience.
• Minimum 2 years' experience in people management.
• Minimum 3 years' experience leading cross-functional projects and managing engineering teams.
• Ability to travel up to 10%.
• Authorized to work in the U.S. without visa sponsorship.

Responsabilidades
