Job summary

Penn State ARL seeks an Engineering Project Advisor to manage projects within the Data Analysis Department, supporting classified initiatives. You will coordinate cost reporting, schedules, subcontract activities, and deliverables while maintaining QA and security compliance.

The role requires collaboration with PIs, PMs, and researchers across on-site ARL facilities. The position emphasizes developing project budgets, ROE estimates, and integration plans with investigators.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree required; 3+ years of relevant experience preferred.
• Current eligibility for Top Secret/SCI clearance.
• Experience with DoD or ARL programs is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Track and report project cost, schedule milestones, and deliverables; ensure QA processes.
• Manage subcontracting activities, expenditures, and CDLR delivery; coordinate subcontract reviews.
• Develop and refine project processes; coordinate technical and executive-level briefings.
