Stryker is seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead cross‑functional engineering projects from initiation to implementation in Mahwah, NJ. You will manage scope, schedule, budget, risks, and execution while coordinating with Engineering, Operations, Quality and external partners.

The ideal candidate will bring strong project management expertise, technical understanding, and a track record of guiding cross‑functional teams to successful outcomes in a regulated environment.

Responsibilities

• Lead cross‑functional engineering projects from initiation through implementation, including scope, objectives and deliverables.
• Develop business cases with costs, benefits, resources, risks and ROI to guide decisions.
• Translate complex technical challenges into actionable project plans for stakeholders.
• Define and manage scope, schedules, budgets, forecasts, and change impacts.
• Identify, assess and mitigate risks; escalate critical issues with recommended actions.
• Coordinate with Engineering, Operations, Quality, Validation and Sourcing, securing resources and delivering results.
