Qualifications

• Lead a small, well-scoped engineering project or sub-workstream within a larger program.
• Coordinate across Mechanical, Electrical, and Firmware disciplines.
• Support project execution activities: Planning and task breakdown, schedule tracking, status reporting, risk mitigation.
• Drive team alignment and communication; facilitate stand-ups or team reviews.
• Contribute to engineering deliverables and apply structured processes.
