Job summary

Curtiss-Wright Corporation in Minnesota is seeking a Project Manager to oversee design and development activities for multiple actuator platforms from concept to production. You will coordinate engineering tasks, track progress, and ensure alignment with program goals across disciplines, delivering on schedule and within budget.

Ideal candidates have a BS in engineering and 5-7 years of engineering/project experience, with strong technical and communication skills to lead cross-functional teams

Qualifications

• BS Engineering degree required.
• 5-7 years of engineering or engineering project experience.
• Strong technical background with ability to guide engineering teams.
• Ability to collaborate effectively across engineering and cross-functional teams.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage engineering projects from conception to completion, meeting performance and budget criteria.
• Ensure Stage-Gate readiness: entry/exit criteria, artifacts, and approvals are complete and traceable.
• Identify and mitigate risks; drive process improvements.
• Establish roles and responsibilities; coach team members to meet goals.
• Coordinate efforts across engineering, manufacturing, and supply chain to meet milestones.
• Communicate project objectives, progress, and challenges to stakeholders at all levels.
