Advantage Technical is seeking an Engineering Project & Systems Specialist in Atlanta to support engineering projects, enterprise asset management systems, and operational reporting initiatives.

This role combines project coordination, data management, and BI reporting to improve efficiency, system reliability, and data-driven decision-making across manufacturing and engineering functions.

Competenze

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in Engineering or a related technical field.
• 3–7 years of experience supporting engineering projects, manufacturing operations, maintenance, facilities, asset management, or a related technical environment.
• Experience with Enterprise Asset Management (EAM) or Computerized Maintenance Management System (CMMS).
• 1–3 years of hands-on Power BI experience, including dashboard development and data transformation.

Mansioni

• Lead and support cross-functional engineering and operational projects from planning through execution.
• Coordinate project scope, schedules, deliverables, milestones, action items, and communications.
• Track progress, identify risks, and recommend corrective actions.
• Collaborate with multiple departments to achieve project objectives.
• Maintain equipment master records, asset hierarchies, and lifecycle documentation.
• Support system administration activities, including user access and troubleshooting.
• Develop reports and technical documents for stakeholders.
• Provide first-level support and training for system users.
