Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Associate degree in a related field.
• 5+ years of project coordination experience in engineering/technical settings.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook, PowerPoint, Teams).
• Familiarity with Procore, MS Project, Smartsheet or similar PM software.
• Strong organizational, time management, and multitasking skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication.
• Ability to prepare technical and non-technical reports.
• Ability to work independently and with teams.

Responsibilities

• Support project managers and engineering teams in daily activities.
• Maintain and organize schedules, budgets, reports, and meeting notes.
• Track milestones and deliverables using Procore, MS Project, Smartsheet.
• Coordinate meetings, agendas, and action items.
• Communicate effectively with internal teams, clients, and vendors.
• Monitor risks and elevate issues as needed.
• Ensure compliance with policies and standards.
• Prepare technical and non-technical reports and docs.
