Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in engineering, process, or technical administration.
• 3+ years of project management experience.
• CAPM certification preferred.
• Familiarity with pump manufacturing standards.
• Strong communication and leadership skills.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and manage all aspects of project execution from start to finish.
• Identify and manage sales orders in the engineered products segment with reps and customers.
• Assign schedule tasks, monitor progress, and ensure on-time, within-budget delivery.
• Define responsibilities of customers, management, and project team.
• Track issues, change orders, variances, and contingencies during execution.
• Ensure compliance with policies, standards, and regulatory requirements.
