Job summary

PND Engineers, Inc. is seeking a Project Coordinator to support engineering teams by coordinating project information, tracking deliverables, and maintaining project documentation from planning through delivery.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering preferred; related tech degrees or significant experience will be considered.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite including Excel, Word, Outlook, PowerPoint and Copilot.
• Excellent organizational, time management, and communication skills.
• Self-starter with a willingness to learn and take initiative.
• Ability to manage assigned responsibilities independently while keeping open project team communication.
• Permanent US work authorization without employer sponsorship.
• Ability to build positive working relationships with internal and external parties.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate the flow of project information between principals, designers, clients, vendors, and subcontractors.
• Support project delivery by coordinating engineering deliverables and maintaining records through the project lifecycle.
• Provide document control in line with PND and Client standards and procedures.
• Track deliverables, action items, and deadlines to keep projects on schedule.
• Prepare, coordinate, and track vendor submittals, RFIs, and material requisitions.
• Develop and maintain project schedules using MS Project, Primavera P6 and other tools.
• Support project quality processes through document and drawing reviews and revision tracking.
• Support minor CAD drawing updates as needed.
• Identify opportunities to improve organization, communication and efficiency as projects evolve.
