Qualifications

• Nine years of progressively responsible experience in construction project scheduling and estimating.
• Three of the nine years of experience must include supervising a team.
• Knowledge of supervisory principles and ability to manage the unit.
• Comprehensive finance knowledge for capital development purposes.
• Knowledge of engineering/construction project management and project controls.
• Knowledge of business administration and P&L impacts.
• Experience with information management and document control systems.

Responsibilities

• Manages staff that analyzes, appraises, and forecasts schedules; conducts cost estimating.
• Reviews and improves project controls from budgeting through construction.
• Develops and maintains a cost/schedule control system as a decision tool.
• Monitors and tracks project schedules; negotiates change orders.
• Develops and maintains project controls policies and procedures.
• Develops cost estimating capability; prepares change estimates.
• Supports executive leadership in program requirements and reporting.
• Manages information management systems development and electronic document control.
• Develops reports on project progress relative to schedules and budgets.
