Job summary

Widener University is seeking a Program Manager reporting to the Dean of the School of Engineering. Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in related field required.
  • 3+ years of experience in program coordination/marketing or relevant work.
  • Strong analytical skills and effective communication abilities.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office; experience with Adobe Photoshop, SPSS or Qualtrics preferred.
  • Ability to write external publications and speeches with clarity.
  • Excellent organizational and interpersonal skills; able to manage multiple tasks.

Responsibilities

  • Manage and monitor budgets; provide analysis for planning.
  • Provide monthly budget updates to the Dean.
  • Supervise logistics for events, including setup, marketing and support.
  • Analyze data to support accreditation standards.
  • Write content promoting faculty and student achievements.
  • Oversee facilities and maintenance projects; support labs and offices.
  • Plan outreach and recruitment programs and major school events.
  • Coordinate email campaigns and website/social media content with University Relations.
  • Ensure compliance with university policies; liaise with university offices.
