Job summary

First-Inspires in Manchester, NH seeks a strategic engineering leader who can translate complex technical initiatives into reliable program execution across mechanical, electrical, and software domains. You will lead cross-functional teams through design, testing, manufacturing, deployment, and support of mission-critical systems, while ensuring safety, quality, and timely delivery.

Qualifications

• BS/BA in a related discipline with a minimum of 8 years directly related experience.
• At least 3 years of supervisory or management experience.
• Experience leading program engineering operations across mechanical, electrical, and software domains.

Responsibilities

• Lead program engineering operations across mechanical and electrical engineering, game field design, manufacturing, deployment, and support.
• Partner with Robotics Engineering, IT, and external contributors to align efforts and deliver seamless competition experiences.
• Direct engineering operations including workshop and warehouse management, fabrication and maintenance for fields and event systems.
• Lead and develop a multidisciplinary engineering team through priorities, performance, and growth.
• Balance budgets, schedules, resources, and priorities to deliver strategic initiatives.
• Provide tactical day-to-day leadership and advise senior leadership on direction.
