Newell Brands is seeking an Analyst, Engineering Programs & Analytics to support ERA with analytics, project coordination, and reporting across engineering and automation programs. This early-career role focuses on resource conservation and site resilience, offering exposure to dashboards, data analysis, and collaboration across multiple sites.

The position targets an associate level, with opportunities to develop skills in digital tooling, continuous improvement, and cross-functional leadership

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required in a relevant field.
• 0-2 years of analytics, manufacturing, engineering, supply chain, operations, project coordination, or related work preferred.
• Strong Excel and PowerPoint skills.
• Ability to organize complex information and build leader-ready materials.
• Interest in resource conservation, sustainability, manufacturing, and digital tools.
• Comfortable working across functions, sites, and regions reporting to senior leaders.
• Note: OPT/H1B sponsorship is not available.

Responsibilities

• Develop, maintain, and update dashboards, scorecards, trackers, and reports supporting ERA programs and leadership reviews.
• Gather, organize, and validate project data from engineering, automation, manufacturing, operations, and cross-functional partners.
• Track project milestones, action items, risks, deliverables, and benefits across multiple active workstreams.
• Prepare PowerPoint slides, Excel analyses, summary reports, and other materials for reviews and updates.
• Maintain SharePoint sites, project folders, trackers, and source documents for easy access.
• Coordinate meeting agendas, action logs, and project updates for assigned workstreams.
