Job summary

Oklo Inc. is seeking an Engineering Program Manager to lead the fuel recycling facility program within the Recycling Division.

You will transform complex objectives into coordinated, evidence-based programs, partnering with engineering teams to enable on-time delivery in a fast-moving, safety-conscious environment. You will drive scope, milestones, risk management, and interface coordination with internal teams and external partners, while maintaining an integrated plan and clear decision

Qualifications

• 3+ years in Engineering Program Management or related technical leadership roles
• Experience leading complex, cross-functional engineering work in rigorous environments
• Bachelor's degree in engineering, physical science, or related field, or equivalent practical experience
• Demonstrated success guiding engineered products through maturity

Responsibilities

• Define program scope, deliverables, success criteria, decision points, and milestones aligned with Recycling Division objectives and facility schedule
• Translate established requirements into executable engineering and analysis plans
• Drive the team to define and mature deliverables, acceptance criteria, and verification methods
• Build and maintain integrated work plans across program functions (analysis, design, modeling, prototyping, testing)
• Maintain dependencies, critical paths, resource needs, long-lead activities, and decision dates
• Lead day-to-day cadence: planning sessions, coordination meetings, reviews, action tracking, blockers closure
• Coordinate interfaces with Recycling teams, other EPMs, regulatory, safety, deployment, and procurement partners
• Maintain current view of technical risks, program risks, interfaces, decisions, and open items
• Prepare and facilitate effective program reviews with entry/exit criteria, risks, tradeoffs, and follow-up actions
• Communicate program status to engineers, leaders, and executives
• Continuously improve planning, learning, and execution processes
