Job summary

Westinghouse Electric Company is seeking an Engineering Program Manager to direct and support projects valued from $3M to $50M, with up to 20 direct reports. You will handle RCU&MP procurement contracts, and ensure output aligns with Westinghouse standards.

You will report to the Manager of Reactor Component Upgrades and be located at the Waltz Mill facility in Madison, PA. This is an onsite role requiring five days a week in the office.

Qualifications

• Qualified Radiological Worker familiar with contamination avoidance techniques.
• Bachelor's degree, mechanical engineering or other similar discipline.

Responsibilities

• Direct and support projects ranging in value from $3M to $50M in revenue.
• Manage daily output of up to 20 direct reports and procurement contracts.
• Ensure design outputs comply with Westinghouse policies and procedures.
• Provide field, project and design engineering support for RCU/MP projects.
• Support Equipment Group with personnel and turnaround on project teams.
• Provide innovative solutions and hands-on repairs of equipment.
