Qualifications

• Ability to translate technical challenges into actionable plans for non-technical stakeholders.
• Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Project).

Responsibilities

• Program Leadership: Own end-to-end programs through the New Product Introduction (NPI) lifecycle, from concept to production.
• Execution & Delivery: Ensure programs meet scope, timeline, and budget objectives. Track progress, resolve issues, and mitigate risks proactively.
• Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with Global engineering, product management, quality, and operations to align priorities and drive project execution.
• Process Improvement: Implement program management best practices and standardized tools to support efficient program execution.
• Stakeholder Communication: Provide clear, concise program updates to leadership and stakeholders.
• Risk & Issue Management: Identify risks and dependencies, recommend mitigation strategies, and elevate issues as needed.
• Documentation & Reporting: Maintain program documentation, dashboards, and performance metrics for visibility and decision-making.
