Job summary

Cypress HCM seeks an Engineering Program Manager for the Unified Platform in Identity & Administration. You will lead programs spanning Identity Platform and Education initiatives with the SPG, directly impacting how millions authenticate and access products securely.

You will partner with product, design, architecture, engineering, and business leaders to drive execution in a matrixed organization, translating complexity into business outcomes while balancing resources, sequencing, and scope.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end program delivery across Identity Platform and SPG programs, coordinating across multiple engineering teams and organizations.
• Drive prioritization and trade-offs across resources, timelines, and scope, supporting intake requests from business units for Identity and maintaining waterline clarity.
• Own execution transparency by building and maintaining detailed program plans, tracking risks and dependencies, delivering status reporting.
• Build strategic partnerships with Product Management, Engineering, Design, Architecture, QA, and business stakeholders.
• Influence without authority across globally distributed teams to drive alignment and execution.
• Proactively manage risks using data-driven insights, creative problem-solving, and clear escalation paths.
• Participate in requirements, design, and architecture reviews while understanding dependencies and changes.
• Drive organizational improvements by streamlining processes and tooling efficiencies.
• Present confidently to audiences from individual contributors to executives, translating trade-offs into business context.
