Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in Engineering Program Management, Technical Program Management, or similar execution-focused role
• Experience in hardware, electrical and software engineering contexts
• Experience coordinating internal teams with external contract resources
• Ability to translate customer requirements into executable engineering plans
• Strong written and verbal communication with technical and non-technical stakeholders

Responsibilities

• Support execution of engineering programs from requirements through validation and delivery
• Translate requirements into structured program plans with scope, milestones, dependencies, and ownership
• Coordinate work across internal teams and external resources to meet program objectives
• Track progress and surface risks, tradeoffs and constraints early
• Maintain accurate program artifacts and records in Jira
• Provide visibility into program status to support prioritization and decisions
• Partner with operations to align engineering execution with hardware delivery
• Identify recurring execution issues and improve planning and coordination practices
