You will drive the technical vision while managing a growing team, ensuring top-quality delivery across multiple projects alongside Tier 1 suppliers and the Department of Defense.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of electromechanical product software development experience.
• 5+ years of technical leadership experience.
• Deep expertise in controls and motion control systems.
• Fluency in common embedded communications interfaces: CAN, SPI, I2C, UART.

Responsibilities

• Own the embedded software architecture and technical strategy.
• Hire, grow, and retain a high-performing team of embedded software engineers.
• Translate product and program commitments into embedded software plans.
• Work closely with cross-functional teams to align priorities.
