Job summary

Apple's Platform Acceleration & Compute Efficiency (PACE) is a high-leverage team focused on accelerating ML compute and governance. This Engineering Program Manager will own the rollout of governance models, policy enforcement for GenAI access, and alignment of roadmaps with platform leads in a fast-growing environment.

You will partner with the Compute Efficiency and Automation teams to drive quarterly leadership reviews, escalate issues, and translate complex architecture into actionable

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree and 8+ years managing SW/ML/compute programs.
• Experience scaling operational structures for fast-growing teams.
• Ability to translate architecture into a shippable roadmap.
• Proven track record leading executive reviews (QBRs/MBRs).
• Strong cross-functional collaboration and ambiguity tolerance.

Responsibilities

• Support rollout of hub-and-spoke governance model and onboarding.
• Program manage GenAI policies with web-tooling.
• Manage 1P vs 3P monthly forecast submissions with engineers.
• Collaborate with Compute Efficiency and Intelligent Automation leads for roadmaps.
