• Strong organizational skills, with the capacity to manage multiple projects simultaneously and prioritize effectively.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with passionate individuals.
• Willingness to surface issues early for team to address them before they evolve into risks.

• Identify and mitigate risks and blockers to maintain delivery timelines.
• Improve planning accuracy, predictability, and execution over time.
• Communicate clear, concise status updates to project teams, partners, and leadership.
• Reinforce and scale delivery procedures, tools, and processes.
• Leverage AI tools to improve productivity and efficiency across program execution.
