Job summary

IAC Group in Southfield, MI is seeking a Program Manager to oversee cross-functional programs, coordinating with Engineering, Finance, Quality, Manufacturing, Sales, and Purchasing.

You will lead detailed planning, direct design reviews, manage schedules and budgets, and drive on-time delivery while expanding the product line and negotiating contract terms with internal and external stakeholders.

Qualifications

• BS/BA required.
• MBA/MS preferred.
• 5-8 years of experience required.

Responsibilities

• Ensure projects are completed on time and within budget.
• Act as advisor to program team regarding projects, tasks, and operations.
