This position requires hands‑on hardware NPI experience, a track record in driving phase-gate milestones, and the ability to travel internationally up to 20%.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of professional experience in engineering or program management.
• 5+ years in Hardware Engineering Program Management or related roles.
• Strong consumer electronics hardware experience.
• Hands-on experience with hardware NPI build management.
• Experience managing the full product development lifecycle and phase-gate process.
• Excellent stakeholder management, communication, and leadership skills.
• Experience leading cross-functional engineering teams and external vendors.
• Ability to travel internationally up to 20%.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end development of Android XR hardware platforms.
