Job summary

TechDigital Group in San Jose is seeking an experienced Hardware Program Manager to lead Android XR glasses platforms. You will coordinate across engineering, operations, and suppliers to define requirements, manage builds, and ensure on-time delivery of complex system solutions.

The role emphasizes rigor in phase-gate processes, risk management, and budget control, with international travel up to 20% and collaboration with global partners to ship high-quality consumer electronics.

Qualifications

• BS degree in Engineering.
• 5 years of hardware engineering program management, team lead and/or product design engineering experience.
• Consumer Electronics hardware experience.
• Experience in product development and phase gate approach.
• Experience in hardware NPI build management.
• Ability to travel internationally up to 20% as required.

Minimum qualifications:

• BS degree in Engineering
• 5 years of hardware engineering program management, team lead and/or product design engineering experience.
• Consumer Electronics hardware experience

• Experience in hardware NPI build management
• Ability to travel internationally up to 20% as required.
