Job summary

Saxon Global in Boulder, CO is seeking an Engineering Program Manager for Soft Goods to lead cross-functional development efforts onsite. You will own schedules, BOMs, entry/exit criteria, and coordinate calls across engineering, sourcing, and manufacturing teams.

The role requires a BS/BA and 5+ years in project management for highly engineered consumer goods, with demonstrated ability to manage vendor quotes, lead times, and prototype shipments through development phases.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent required.
• Minimum 5 years in project management.
• Experience driving development of highly engineered consumer goods.

Responsibilities

• Contribute build deliverables (schedule, build matrix, BOM, entry/exit criteria).
• Coordinate and facilitate project calls with cross functional teams.
• Manage material sourcing and track lead times.
• Manage vendor quotes, PO processing, and payment follow-up.
• Manage prototype shipment (Tracking and serial numbering).
• Track and drive closure of open issues of project during the development phase.
• Drive OEM partners.
