Job summary

W3Global is seeking an experienced Project Manager in Boulder, CO to lead cross-functional development efforts for highly engineered consumer goods. The role focuses on coordinating meetings, sourcing materials, and tracking prototype shipments from concept to validation.

You should bring 5+ years of project management experience and a solid background with Soft Goods technologies to ensure on-time, within-budget delivery for OEM partnerships.

Qualifications

• Bachelor-level degree or equivalent required.
• Minimum 5+ years in project management.
• Experience driving development of highly engineered consumer goods.
• Technical experience with Soft Goods is required.

Responsibilities

• Contribute build deliverables (schedule, build matrix, BOM, entry/exit criteria).
• Coordinate and facilitate project calls with cross functional teams.
• Manage material sourcing and track lead times.
• Manage vendor quotes, PO processing, and payment follow-up.
• Manage prototype shipment (Tracking and serial numbering).
• Track and drive closure of open issues of project during the development phase.
