Job summary

VoltaGrid in Houston, TX is seeking a Program Coordinator to support Technical Program Managers in executing cross‑functional engineering programs. You will help coordinate, track tasks, manage tools, and document progress to ensure on‑time delivery and clear visibility across Design, Project, and Field Engineering.

The role does not own technical decisions but enables execution, with duties including maintaining program structure, producing weekly updates, and ensuring consistent reporting.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business or related field.
• 2–5 years in program or project coordination or engineering support.
• Experience with Asana, Jira, Smartsheet or similar PM tools.
• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
• Ability to coordinate across design, project, and field engineering.

Responsibilities

• Support TPMs in managing active programs across engineering and operations.
• Coordinate tasks across Design Engineering, Project Engineering, and Field Engineering.
• Track deliverables, dependencies, and milestones across workstreams.
• Follow up with owners to ensure progress and on-time completion.
• Escalate delays and gaps to TPMs as needed.
• Maintain program documentation and knowledge bases.
