Job summary

Musco Sports Lighting, LLC is seeking a Production Documents Intern for Fall 2026 at our Oskaloosa, IA office. The role supports the Application Engineering team by preparing project information and materials, while gaining hands-on experience in a collaborative environment.

The internship may extend into Spring/Summer 2027 and is hired through a temp agency. Part-time, in-person work during standard business hours is expected at the Oskaloosa office.

Qualifications

• Pursuing a bachelor's degree in engineering or industrial technology.
• Strong written and communication skills.
• Motivated self-starter and collaborative problem solver.

Responsibilities

• Prepare project documents and materials to support the Application Engineering team.
• Create bills of materials, documents, and 3D models using Musco proprietary software.
• Develop pole configuration drawings, aiming diagrams, and contractor documents using AutoCAD.
• Assist with modeling parts in Inventor when needed.
• Support manufacturing and project execution with accurate project information.
