Responsibilities

• Prepare project documents and materials that support the Application Engineering team.
• Create bills of materials, documents, and 3D models using Musco proprietary software.
• Develop pole configuration drawings, aiming diagrams, and related contractor documents using AutoCAD.
• Assist with modeling parts in Inventor when needed.
• Support manufacturing and project execution by helping ensure accurate information is available for each project.

The Musco Application Engineering Team has an opening for a Production Documents Intern at our Oskaloosa, IA office. This is a Fall 2026 internship with hopes of continuing into Spring/Summer 2027, and the position is hired through a temp agency. Job Summary

The Application engineering Production Documents Intern at Musco Sports Lighting, LLC plays a key role in assisting and supporting the Application Engineering team by helping prepare project information and materials that keep work moving smoothly, while gaining hands‑on experience in a collaborative, team-focused environment.
