The role drives product quality, cost, manufacturability, and speed-to-market, builds a high-performing team, and ensures strong engineering processes. Requires a Bachelor's in Mechanical Engineering and 10+ years in manufacturing leadership.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or related field.
10+ years of progressive engineering leadership experience in manufacturing.
Proven experience leading products from concept through commercialization.
Knowledge of CAD, ERP, and PDM/PLM systems; DFMEA/PFMEA and PPAP familiarity.

Responsibilities

Lead engineering, product development, validation, and product launches.
Build, mentor, and develop a high-performing engineering team.
Manage engineering priorities, resources, projects, and timelines.
