POLYWOOD, based in Syracuse, Indiana, seeks an Automation Process Technician for our 2nd shift (Mon-Fri, 10AM-6PM) with possible Sunday overtime to support sustainable outdoor furniture production. You will apply automation, robotics, and process optimization to keep lines efficient and accurate.
The role emphasizes hands-on troubleshooting, line startup support, and thorough documentation, partnering with cross-functional teams to raise quality and safety while advancing our sustainability
