Job summary

Moog is seeking an Engineering Continuous Improvement & Process Manager in Buffalo, NY. You will establish procedures, standard work, and effectiveness metrics for core engineering processes while aligning with AS9100 and regulatory requirements.

Qualifications

Bachelor of Science in Engineering or related technical degree required.
Master’s degree in engineering, Business, or related technical degree preferred.
10 years of experience in design and development engineering with a minimum of 3 years in a supervisory role or equivalent.
Proven experience facilitating broad change initiatives with multiple stakeholders.
Ability to prioritize multiple projects across diverse stakeholder groups.
Experience coaching teams on problem solving and continuous improvement.
Strong communication skills across all levels of staff and leadership.

Responsibilities

Manage the Engineering Project & Process Group team, including recruiting, developing, and budgeting for the group.
Collaborate with leadership to deliver new processes and continuous improvement initiatives.
Develop process maps and control matrices for new/updated engineering processes.
