Job summary

Alstom is seeking a VIE - Engineering Management Office to join our global team in advancing engineering delivery performance and process automation. You will work across engineering, operations, and project management to drive continuous improvement, develop governance practices, and consolidate data for better decision-making.

In this role, you will support planning cycles, KPI development, and reporting for S&OP, with a focus on automation and Power BI dashboards to track performance across

Qualifications

• Degree in Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Experience or understanding of continuous improvement methodologies.
• Knowledge of project management and governance practices.
• Familiarity with data analysis and performance tracking tools.
• Lean Six Sigma or similar certification.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and collaboration abilities.
• Experience in automation.
• Experience with Power BI required.

Responsibilities

• Implement engineering improvement plans based on KPIs for safety, quality, delivery, and cost.
• Assist with planning cycles and preparing performance reports for S&OP.
• Enhance governance practices and standardize processes across engineering projects.
• Identify opportunities for process automation and efficiency improvements.
• Track and analyze engineering performance metrics, including task dependencies.
• Support data consolidation and reporting for improved decision-making.
• Power BI dashboard implementation.
