Job summary

Novolex is seeking a Director of Project Management & Commercialization in the United States to lead the engineering project portfolio, governance, and commercialization efforts across business units. You will drive standardized practices, stage-gate governance, and cross-functional collaboration to ensure timely, within-scope delivery of complex projects.

The role requires extensive program leadership within manufacturing/engineering, strong executive communication, and the ability to align

Qualifications

• 10+ years in program management or PMO leadership within manufacturing/engineering.
• 5+ years leading engineering/technical organizations.
• Experience implementing stage-gate processes or PMO capabilities.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute the strategic roadmap for PM & Commercialization across business units.
• Establish governance routines, decision protocols, operating rhythms, cross-functional interfaces.
• Design and implement an enterprise stage-gate project management process with criteria and deliverables.
• Lead change management and cross-unit adoption of standards, tools, and reporting cadence.
• Own project schedules, budgets, and scope management to meet quality and deadlines.
• Oversee end-to-end lifecycle of engineering projects across multiple locations.
