Job summary

Actalent is seeking a Capital Equipment Project Manager to lead capital projects from concept through commissioning across multiple sites in the US. You will manage cross-functional teams, coordinate with maintenance, IT, and plant personnel, and ensure on-time delivery within scope and budget.

The role requires strong project management, vendor relations, and hands-on experience with capital equipment and automation, including robotics and controls.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in engineering required.
• 6+ years of manufacturing and operations experience.
• Willingness to travel up to 30%.

Responsibilities

• Work with maintenance teams to keep operations running smoothly.
• Manage internal and external project resources across teams.
• Communicate at all levels; deliver effective presentations.
• Oversee multiple complex projects concurrently.
• Align teams to defined project charters, goals, and metrics.
• Apply problem-solving methods to resolve technical challenges.
• Manage capital equipment suppliers and vendor relationships.
• Coordinate stakeholder alignment across departments.
• Partner with IT and plant teams to implement system upgrades.
