Job summary

Accenture is seeking an Engineering Consulting Manager – Functional Lead (Engineering & PLM) to drive engineering transformation, product development optimization, and PLM-enabled process modernization for clients across industries. You will own functional solution definitions, guide teams, and ensure PLM solutions align to engineering, business, and regulatory goals.

Qualifications

Minimum 5 years of experience working on engineering improvement initiatives.
Experience in a Fortune 500 company and cross-functional delivery.
Experience facilitating requirement workshops and process design sessions.
Strong background in product engineering, R&D, manufacturing, or engineering systems.
Experience with multiple PLM platforms (Teamcenter, Windchill, ENOVIA, Aras, SAP PLM, Dassault).

Responsibilities

Provide functional leadership for PLM and engineering transformation initiatives.
Oversee functional design of data models, lifecycles, workflows, and governance structures.
Lead client workshops and manage key stakeholder relationships.
Define end-to-end functional designs leveraging PLM capabilities.
Support delivery governance, status reporting, and risk management.
