Job summary

Lockheed Martin RMS in New Jersey is seeking a full-time Engineering Planner to develop and coordinate program plans, schedules, and resource estimates. This role supports cost controls, budgets, and manpower planning while aligning with customer requirements and program milestones.

The successful candidate will analyze impacts across Engineering, Facilities, and labor pools, propose corrective actions, and assist negotiations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree from an accredited college is required.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications is required.
• Ability to obtain security clearance.

Responsibilities

• Prepares and coordinates the plans and schedules for new or existing programs.
• Determines, monitors, and reviews costs, operational budgets and schedules, and manpower requirements.
• Supports and participates in negotiations with customer.
• Analyzes effects of projects upon Engineering, Facilities, and the labor pool to determine resources.
• Resolves proposal preparation problems and assesses progress against plans and parameters.
