Job summary

Lockheed Martin in Moorestown, NJ is seeking an Engineering Planner to track program cost accounts, coordinate planning, and develop team schedules. You will support agile work items in JIRA and manage staffing profiles to align with resource needs.

The role requires CAM certification, Earned Value Management knowledge, and strong MS Office skills, with eligibility for a Secret clearance. A Bachelor’s degree is required and prior experience in aerospace programs is preferred.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 2 years experience as a CAM with thorough knowledge in Earned Value Management.
• Current CAM certification, with experience using PM Compass, PPM Tracker, and GenBOE.
• Experience using Microsoft Office tool suite.
• Ability to obtain and maintain a Secret Security Clearance.

The Work

Prepares and coordinates the plans and schedules for new or existing programs. Determines, monitors, and reviews costs, operational budgets and schedules, and manpower requirements. Supports and participates in negotiations with customer. Analyzes effects of projects upon various areas such as Engineering, Facilities, and the labor pool to determine the most practical and cost-efficient methods to obtain the required resources. Resolves proposal preparation problems and assesses the progress against established plans and parameters. Formulates and recommends corrective action measures such as schedule revisions, manpower adjustments, fund allocations, and work requirements. Proficient in AI prompting as it applies to this position and practice.

• Experience in data collection and analysis & presentation of performance metrics
• Ability to work under fluctuating schedules and firm deadlines

Pay Information

Full-Time Salary Range: $67400.00 - $125200.00
