Job summary

Insulet is seeking a detail-oriented Inventory & Equipment Support role to assist engineering teams in maintaining inventory accuracy, organizing spaces, and coordinating equipment deployment. The ideal candidate will ensure safe, efficient operations and support calibration and maintenance of lab devices.

Responsibilities include updating databases, restocking, documenting procedures, and promoting workplace safety while collaborating with procurement and engineering teams.

Qualifications

• Attention to detail and accuracy in inventory management.
• Ability to arrange and optimize workspaces and tools for efficiency.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities with a customer-focused mindset.
• Familiar with engineering equipment and basic technical documentation.
• Proficiency with Word and Excel and ability to follow procedures.

Responsibilities

• Maintain accurate inventory records and update databases regularly.
• Monitor stock levels and coordinate timely restocking with procurement teams.
• Implement 5S principles for efficient materials storage and workspace organization.
• Diagnose and resolve technical issues, ensuring timely repair or replacement of equipment.
• Support preventative maintenance and calibration of engineering equipment.
• Coordinate logistics for equipment deployment and relocation.
• Promote a safe working environment and ensure proper use of PPE.
• Maintain workplace cleanliness and safety standards.
• Accurately document accumulated knowledge and procedures for future reference and training.
