Position Overview

This position is responsible for supporting the smooth operation of engineering teams, preparing mission-critical equipment and materials, maintaining engineering laboratories, and promoting a safe and efficient work environment. The ideal candidate will demonstrate exceptional attention to detail, strong organizational and inventory management skills, and a friendly, flexible work ethic aligned with customer requirements.

Responsibilities
  • Maintain accurate inventory records and update databases regularly.
  • Monitor stock levels and coordinate timely restocking with procurement teams.
  • Implement 5S principles for efficient materials storage and workspace organization.
  • Diagnose and resolve technical issues, ensuring timely repair or replacement of equipment.
  • Support preventative maintenance and calibration of engineering equipment.
  • Coordinate logistics for equipment deployment and relocation.
  • Promote a safe working environment and ensure proper use of PPE.
  • Maintain workplace cleanliness and safety standards.
  • Accurately document accumulated knowledge and procedures for future reference and training.
