Overview

As an Engineering Ops Manager, you will manage a team responsible for implementing, coordinating, and managing all mechanical and electrical operations for a facility, campus, or portfolio of buildings.

Overview of Work Environment/Client Nuances

• Candidate will be traveling between 2 supplier sites within Houston
• Candidate will be able to expense mileage and 1 meal on travel days

Team Overview

• Will be supporting an FTE engineer with the client and meeting with them 1-2/week but otherwise working mainly on their own.

Resource\'s typical working day

• Help manage the product as it changes
• Will be watching how the product evolves
• Understand capacity
• Understand supplier flow
• Understand staffing
• Able to tell the story of what is going on at the supplier back to the client

Must Have Skills

• Understand a manufacturing environment
