Job summary
The Manager of Engineering Operations at Mitsubishi Power drives operational excellence across PGS Engineering through integrated planning, scheduling, and analytics. You’ll ensure reliable systems, actionable data, and clear execution priorities for outages, upgrades, and new product development.
Reporting to the Director of Engineering Operations and Configuration Management, you’ll lead capacity planning, digital transformation, and KPI governance while collaborating with PMO, IT, Supply
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related field plus 8–10 years of leadership experience; or 15 years equivalent experience.
- Experience with project planning, forecasting, and engineering operations.
- Knowledge of Primavera P6, Windchill, CAD, Power BI, Power Platform, and analytics tools.
Responsibilities
- Lead integration of engineering planning and scheduling into broad project management processes.
- Standardize project initiation, budgeting, forecasting, and stakeholder communications with PMO.
- Champion capacity planning, workload forecasting, and resource optimization across engineering.
- Drive digital transformation, workflow automation, and data quality improvements.
