Job summary

Enviva seeks an Engineering and Operations Intern at our Faison, NC facility to support process improvement and equipment reliability efforts. Qualifications

• Pursuing a Bachelor's degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Chemical or Electrical).
• GPA 2.7 or higher.
• Strong interest in manufacturing and industrial systems.
• Familiarity with Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.

Responsibilities

• Assist with process improvement projects to increase efficiency and reduce downtime.
• Collect and analyze technical data to support plant operations and equipment performance.
• Learn to use Excel, Power BI and project tracking systems to document progress.
• Shadow engineers in capital projects planning and reliability strategies.
• Create or update SOPs as part of process improvement.
