Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• 2+ years of experience in an Engineering/Construction office environment.
• Knowledge and experience in the Preventive Maintenance Program; familiarity with Microsoft Office.

Responsibilities

• Responsible for all Engineering Office functions.
• Assist in development of Engineering operating budgets.
• Develop and maintain employee records on training of hospital/department mandatory topics.
• Computerize all construction project budgets and monitor drawdown schedules.
• Support quality care and dependable hospital operations.
• Demonstrate reliability in job performance.
