Job summary

Johnson Memorial Medical Center, part of Trinity Health Of New England, is seeking an Engineering Office Coordinator to manage the Preventive Maintenance Program, budgets, and engineering records. This full-time role supports the Engineering Office functions, scheduling, and budget tracking to help deliver quality care.

Qualifications

• High School Graduate.
• 2 or more years experience in an Engineering/Construction office environment.
• Must have knowledge and experience in the Preventive Maintenance Program. Requires working knowledge of word processing and data base software, such as Microsoft Office. Prefer familiarity with preventive maintenance program.

Responsibilities

• Responsible for all Engineering Office functions.
• Assists in the development of Engineering operating budgets.
• Develops and maintains employee department records on training of Hospital/Department wide mandatory topics.
• Responsible for computerizing all construction project budgets and monitoring return of drawdown schedules.
• Contributes to the philosophy of quality care and human dignity at the hospital
• Contributes to the effective operation of the hospital by demonstrating dependability in job performance.
