You’ll engage in real assignments, gain leadership skills, and may receive housing/relocation assistance. Expected graduation December 2027 or later and a 3.0+ GPA are required.

Qualifications

• Currently enrolled in an accredited university pursuing a bachelor’s degree or better in Mechanical, Industrial, Electrical Engineering or related fields
• Graduation date December 2027 or later
• Cumulative GPA >=3.0 (out of 4.0)
• Willing to explore all sides of Supply Chain (Manufacturing, Sourcing, Quality, TPM, Lean, Distribution)
• Legal authorization to work in the country/region hiring (no visa sponsorship)

Responsibilities

• Set goals and objectives for your co‑op rotation.
• Lead teams across multiple levels of the business through influencing.
• Develop and implement process improvements.
• Assist your team with project ideas and execution.
• Demonstrate analytical problem-solving approaches.
• Work independently and manage time effectively.
• Schedule regular feedback with your leader.
• Travel 0%–10% depending on role.
• Some overtime and Saturdays may be required.
• First shift times vary between 5:30 AM–8:00 AM.
